Five Year Warranty and Support

We offer a five year worldwide warranty and customer support on all products and parts limited to any defects in materials, workmanship, and broken components under normal use. Incorrect use of, installation or wiring of our lighting systems and failure to follow the installation instructions available on our website is not covered under this warranty.

We recommend consulting with an electrician prior to installation to ensure that your electrical setup is sufficient. Failure to install properly will void warranty and will not be refundable.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can quickly evaluate the issue. Damages and issues during shipping is out of our control but we will assist in the claim process to make it right.

30 Day Return Policy

Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt of delivery if you change your mind. The items MUST be unopened, unused in original packaging for a refund.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@hexagonleds.com where we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Customers will be responsible for the return shipping costs (including any duties/taxes resulting from the return of the product, if applicable), and once the item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.

Please note that HexagonLeds.com Lighting reserves the right to charge a restocking/refurbishing fee of 15% on returns.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on customized orders.

Note that shipping costs, shipping protection, and priority processing fees are non-refundable.

Order Cancelation Policy

Order cancellation can be made within the first 24 hours of processing with a 15% restocking fee. In the event that we approve a refund, your refund amount (minus restocking fee) will be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and apply the refund.
